What is a Vape Gun?

A vape gun is another term for an enhanced oil filling machine that dispenses thick oils in precise quantities through the use of a semi automatic trigger. Mostly used for cannabis and cannabis products such as rosin, hash oil, extracts and shatter.
The Massfill Standard and Massfill Pro are examples of a vape gun or a semi-automatic vape cartridge filling gun, which allows you to easily fill your thick liquids into anything including cartridges, jars, or silicone molds.
The Massfill Standard gun consists of a dispensing gun, a heating unit, an external heating tube and an accessory pack and the MassFill Pro gun consists of a dispensing gun, a heating unit, an internal heating rod and accessory pack.
Product Breakdown:
- Dispensing Gun:
The dispensing gun has an easy-to-grip adaptive handle.
This handle connects to oil canister, there is a dosage selection dial, and a piston lock release button.
A dispensing rod runs through the center of the oil canister and the dosage selection dial.
The dispensing rod is fitted with a black knob piston ball at the rear, as a rear back cap.
Then the dispensing gun depending on its series has either an external heating tube or internal heating rod which allows you to easily dispense very thick oils, such as cannabis oils, THC oils, CBD oils.
The piston lock release button acts as distillate gun, dispensing oil at the nozzle upon being triggered.
All MassFill dispensing guns should be released gently at gradual intervals.
And the dosage selection dial can be adjusted to select the desired quantity of dispensed oil, such as 0.5ml, or 1ml or 3ml, depending on the model and series.
- Heating Unit, Heating Tube, and Power Cord.
The heating unit has a temperature indicator, set and reset controls that will allow you to regulate temperatures of your liquid within the device.
A cord connects the external heating tube or internal heating rod to the heating unit.
The heating tube is attached to the dispensing gun and tightened with a screw, or the heating tube is inserted into to dispensing gun and tightened via its threaded top into the oil canister.
- Accessory Pack.
The accessory pack comes with fill needles, a Luer lock cap, a Luer lock coupler, spare piston O-rings, and spare oil canisters O-ring.
