How does the device work?

Both the MassFill Standard and MassFill Pro use scientifically precise heating pads to warm up very thick oils (almost solid at room temperature) to be able to be dispensed with ease.

How does the warranty work?

Your MassFill system includes a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Please report all warranty claims to Support@MassFill.com where we will either exchange or repair your defective unit free of charge.

Do you ship to my Country?

Yes. MassFill offers free shipping to the USA and Canada (zero import fees). Please note we currently only offer the 110v with US plug, and so you will need an inverter for it to compatible with 210-240v and non-US plugs. If we got a lot of request we just offer 210-240v models of our MassFill Fillers. Please contact us here to let us know about your inquiry for 210-240v models.
We ship world-wide. Exact international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and depend on your region. Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Will MassFill work for me?

100% MassFill will work for you. If you need a dispensing filler for Cannabis and CBD product this is your GO TO device.

If you’re just starting out we recommend the MassFill Standard, but if you are filling carts and jars everyday then we recommend the MassFill Pro which provides a 99.5% efficiency rate and stellar technology in terms of heating, filling and dispensing.

How does the MassFill Standard Work?

The MassFill Standard works by using a Premium metal base gun along with a resin based syringe to hold your Cannabis and CBD thick oils, but also uses a heating pad element that covers over the resin based syringe.

This allows the thick oils to heat up and become thinner and easier to be dispensed.

For 99.5% efficiency and commercial production we truly recommend the MassFill Pro.

How does the MassFill Pro Work?

The MassFill Pro works very similar to the MassFill standard, however instead of using a heated cover over the resin based syringe, an internal heating element that is covered within the syringe will be used to warm up the thick oils.

This allows for even heating, better dispensing and for 99.5% efficiency. You also can get to see the amount of oil is in the device since its no longer being covered to heat up.

Not only does the MassFill have those features, it also has a stronger syringe, a better dispensing cap and thus overall provides a premium experience.

What is the Difference between the MassFill Standard and MassFill Pro?

Both the MassFill Stand and the MassFill Pro provide an excellent device for your Cannabis Oil filling needs.

However. the MassFill Standard has a covered heating element which doesn’t allow you to see the liquids inside your syringe while dispensing, whereas the MassFill Pro has an internal heating element which does allow you to see the liquids in the your syringe while dispensing.

Not only that the MassFillPro has a stronger syringe, a better dispensing cap and thus overall provides a premium experience.

The MassFill Pro has an efficiency rate of 99.5% whereas the MassFill Standard has an efficiency rate of 97%.

We always recommend if you’re commercial and need quality then go for the MassFill Pro.

Does it only work with Cannabis and CBD products and oils?

Both the MassFill Stand and the MassFill Pro work with all Cannabis products and also with other thick oils, waxes and fats. This could include bees wax, soya wax, coconut oil, shea butter, regular butter, etc. Works with everything!
