Satisfaction Guarantee – MassFill Standard & MassFill Pro Semi Automatic Thick Oil Fillers

Here at MassFill, we take pride in the fact that your results meet your complete satisfaction.

But what happens if you do not see the expected results? In case you are not satisfied with your results when using the MassFill dispenser, you will be refunded the purchase price of the MassFiller dispenser within the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

To be clear: for relevant results, you must use your MassFill dispenser for at least 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase, before you can request to return your MassFill dispenser, and this is because results and ROI are only determined by long term use, and only when properly following the provided instructions. If, after the 12-month period (365 days) of proper use, you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us at Support@MassFill.com and we will provide you with all the necessary information in order to initiate the returning procedures. Please make sure you request to return the product within 14 days after base trial period of 365 days. Returning conditions from Return / Cancellation Policy apply.

Once the device has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued. All shipping fees, import fees and transaction fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. Failure to comply with our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy guidelines within the eligible time period can result in MassFill refusing to accept your delivery. Please note that only purchases made directly from www.MassFill.com are eligible for our Customer Satisfaction offer. Also, please note that, provided you can purchase more units from us, MassFill’s Satisfaction Guarantee Policy can only be used once per customer.

Refunds are issued via PayPal.com (All Customers), ACH Bank Transfer (USA Only) or E-Transfer (Canada Only). 

** The satisfaction guarantee does not include additional accessories items purchased, such as extra syringes, replacement heat controller, and etc. Only the main products, MassFill Standard and MassFill Pro. 

Open Box Returns / Cancellation Policy – MassFill Standard & MassFill Pro Semi Automatic Thick Oil Fillers

Here at MassFill we are so confident in our products that we offer all our customers a 12-month trial period. The trial period is subject to certain conditions. For sanitary and hygienic reasons, during the 12-month trial period, any return of the MassFill dispenser is considered open box and is subject to a 20% open box restocking fee of the purchase price and is not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee. All shipping fees, import fees and transaction fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

In any case, in order to be accepted and eligible for refund under the aforementioned conditions, the returned product and its packaging must be received by us in the same physical condition that was originally shipped out (no rupture on the package, no visible sign of physical blows, product must be fully functioning, like-new with all original accessories included) as when received. In the eventuality these conditions are not completely met, we may, on a case by case judgement, reject the refund or retain an up to 50% restocking fee, in order to cover the refurbishing expenses.

If you wish to return your MassFill dispenser before the expiration of your 12-month trial period, please send us an email at Support@MassFill.com, and we will provide you with all the necessary information in order to initiate the returning procedures. Your package must be postmarked for returned within 14 days from email issuance. In case you decide to cancel your order after a tracking number has already been issued, your order cannot be cancelled anymore. You must proceed with returning the product as provisioned in our Open Box / Cancellation Policy, and, as previously stated, the product will be subject to the 20% open box restocking fee of the purchase price, plus non-refundable shipping and transaction fees. Failure to comply with any of the above provisions will result in MassFill immediate right to refuse any refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

This warranty policy is effective as of July 10, 2022. 

www.MassFill.com provides manufacturer’s warranty for MassFill Dispenser that are only purchased directly on www.MassFill.com, and covers only manufacturer defects or product issues. Please be aware that any product damage (or missing / lost items) inflicted by the customer is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  The MassFill Manufacturer’s Warranty covers defective devices for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers heating cables, heating controller, dispenser gun ands cables for the first 90 days after purchase date. 

It will only be possible for MassFill to process an exchange or refund that is equal to the original product purchased. Upon exchange of the product, first we will fully examine it, and then decide as to whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as a result of the defect. If you decide to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at Support@MassFill.com and we will provide you with all the necessary information in order to initiate the warranty claim procedures.

Final Sale Items (Batteries, Vitamins, Topicals & Additional Parts)

Extra cables, heating controllers, dispenser guns and etc., purchased by the customer are final sale. Due to the sanitary nature of these products, they are not subject to the Money Back Guarantee and will not be refunded if returned. 

MassFill Certified Refurbished Products

MassFill Certified Refurbished Return Policy

MassFill Certified Refurbished products are final sale and cannot be returned. Refurbished products do not come with our satisfaction guarantee. All sales are final.

MassFill Certified Refurbished 6 – Month Manufacturer’s Warranty 

MassFill Certified Refurbished products are covered under a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty and only cover manufacturer defects and product issues. Please be aware that any product damage (or missing / lost items) inflicted by the customer is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
