1. Preheat oil through a warm water bath, to make it less viscous.
2. Adjust the dial on the back of the gun to set cartridge fill volume.
3. Press the ‘Lock Release’ button to pull back the piston.
4. Detach the heating tube, unscrew the oil canister from gun, and attach a dispensing needle syringe.
5. Push in the black knob, gently screw the oil canister back on the gun, being careful not cross thread, and also reattach the heating tube.
6. Point the needle up at a 45 degree angle over your select oil and pull the black knob to siphon the liquid.
7. Connect the power cord to the back of the heating unit.
8. Plug the blue heating tube cord into the back of the heating unit as well.
9. Turn on heating using the switch at the back.
10. Press ‘Set’ button followed by ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ button to select the desired temperature. Press ‘Rst’ to lock selected the temperature.
11. Unwind the mouthpiece of the dab cart; remove the syringe needle and join the nozzle of the dab cart and that of oil canister using the Luer lock coupler.
12. Gently and intermittently press the trigger of the semi-automatic cartridge filling machine until the liquid in the dab cart reaches the maximum fill line.
13. Disconnect the Luer lock coupler and replace the dab cart’s mouthpiece. Seal the nozzle of the oil canister with the Luer lock cap.
